Job Description: 

Essential Functions

1. Plans, organizes and implements effective strategies using all company programs, tools and

initiatives.

2. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use.

3. Make recommendations for streamlining systems and processes.

4. Ensures that procedures are performed correctly

5. Administrative work associated with department reports/projects

6. Attend and participate in all required company training programs.

7. Conform to all company policies and procedures.

8. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

1. Currently enrolled as a full-time student or recent graduate in relevant area of expertise.

2. Knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Office and other operating software.

Work Environment

  1. Office Environment – This position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. No PPE is required.
  2. Physical Demands The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
