HR Training Administrative Assistant

Job Description: 

CDM Service Group is a centralized office that provides our Construction, Distribution, and Manufacturing companies with various administrative functions, services, and support for their businesses. 

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Manage and update internal documentation as needed.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners on educational requirements and associated supporting documents.
  • Manage and monitor the internal Idea Management System.
  • Manage class schedules, instructors, resources, and related communications in support of organizational development activities.
  • Generate company email and other written communications.
  • Creates and modifies documents such as surveys, reports, memos, letters and other documents using spreadsheets, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office or other programs.
  • Ensure the Organization’s SOPs are up-to-date and help facilitate changes to the related system.
  • Assist with HR and Benefits mailings and correspondence.
  • Provide other HR and Training support as needed.
  • Develop, produce and distribute training reports on a regular basis.
  • Data entry and management of the centralized training tracking process.
  • Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
  • Participate in cross-functional workgroups.
  • Conform to all company policies and procedures.
  • Display position & company core competencies.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Office.
