Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the Recruitment Process by drafting and posting job advertisements; using social media and other recruiting techniques to attract candidates; conducting phone interviews; scheduling interviews; and providing follow-up to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with managing the college recruiting process by tracking and completing job fair registrations and managing recruitment materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with High Schools and Technical Schools.
  • Champion the EEO Program by sending out annual communications and coordinating the annual policy update.
  • Process new hire and annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks.
  • Manage the internship process by providing training to Mentors and tracking required evaluations.
  • Assist with the Recruitment and Onboarding process in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Manage and update job descriptions.
  • Develop and manage the employee off-boarding process.
  • Develop and facilitate employee training on HR related topics.
  • Working collaboratively with employees and managers to resolve employee relations issues, including coaching on performance-related matters and documented HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyze laws and regulations to update or propose new employment related policies/procedures to ensure company compliance.
  • Attend and participate in all required company training.
  • Conform to all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience in the areas of Recruitment, OnBoarding, Policy/Procedure and Employee Relations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR and employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Detail oriented with organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
