Job Description:

Successful applicant will have the ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot and prioritize issues, multitask, and maintain skills required to provide technical support to the organization. Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communications, attention to detail, and a positive/productive attitude are also expected of applicant. Construction industry experience preferred but not required.

 

Required Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

  • A.S. degree and 2 years’ experience in PC Support/Network Administration or a minimum of 3 years’ experience and relevant certifications.
  • Excellent understanding of general and high-level concepts of PC computing and networking.
  • Experience with backup technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
  • Experience with network technologies (Firewalls, switches and AP’s)
  • Working knowledge of various systems/software/cloud services including but not limited to Microsoft O365/SharePoint/Teams, Penta, Bluebeam, Buzzbid, OST/QB, AL Mobile and Autodesk products.
  • Physical criteria: ability to lift and safely move up to 50lbs of equipment, potentially up and downstairs.
  • Bilingual (English /Spanish) is a plus.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal users by utilizing IT Helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Imaging and deploying laptops.
  • Support and maintain laptop, mobile, server and network infrastructure.
  • Lead Project updates of existing software and installation of new.
  • Perform scheduled systems maintenance, updates, and off hours testing.
  • Travel as necessary to job sites and other locations for installation of network equipment.
  • Document processes and procedures and provide end user training in either individual or group sessions.
  • Other duties as needed.
