Essential Functions
The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the
tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at

• Visits jobsites regularly to ensure scheduled progress.
• Meet with Foreman to review and resolve problems..
• Report jobsite needs and requirements to Senior Operations Manager.
• Attend, support, and promote all field training programs.
• Ensure that material and equipment are delivered to jobsites per Company Standards.
• Participate in determining labor costs during the bidding phase.
• Participate in the Project Execution Process (PEP) process.
• Ensure continued good craftsmanship and quality.
• Provide input to General Contractor’s production schedule as it relates to E&K’s scopes of work.
• Lead pre-job coordination meetings in the field and sequence of other trades’ scopes of work.
• Assist and develop field safety programs, to ensure the safety and protection of all employees.
• Attend and participate in all required training programs.
• Support and promote all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.


Supervisory Responsibilities

This position manages all field employees and is responsible for the hiring, development, and
performance management of the field employees.

Education and Experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1. Knowledge of the scope of Brady West services, products, and their installation.
2. Knowledge of general construction products and their installation.
3. Knowledge of the construction industry and accompanying trades.
4. Ability to read detailed (blueprint) plans and specifications.
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other operating systems.
6. Ability to manage a high volume of employees.

Salary (based on experience) $103,000 - $132,000
